Nithin Surendran, Alpha Class – Eta Colony, 1980 – 2009 |

Delta Epsilon Psi lost a great brother in the early morning of October 12, 2009. Nithin Surendran, Alpha Class - Eta Colony, had been battling multiple myeloma for the last year and was lost early on Monday morning. From the onset of his illness, Nithin fought through it with courage and strength while always maintaining a positive outlook on life. He is remembered by brothers at Eta Colony as the Godfather because he was always the one watching out for everyone else in the group, always making sure that his fellow brothers were on track. His commitment to the pillars of Delta Epsilon Psi were unwavering, and an example to all those that were closest to him. Nithin is survived by his parents VK and Usha Surendran, older sister Navnitha Surendran, his cousin Mayoor Mohan who is Founding Class of Eta Colony, and his fiancé Nayna Sashidharan.
For some moments in life there are no words, and while no words may fully express the significance of losing a brother like Nithin, we take this opportunity to remember and celebrate his life and the memories that we shared with him. |
